Teen Groups

The Teen Group meets in Room 11 from 11:15 to 12:30 weekly, in what is effectively the teen lounge.  Weekly activities include discussion, interactive work and play, music, written word, art and more, exploring questions of spirit, personal and global transformation.  Under the guidance of teen leader Bill Frater and various guest speakers, the group covers a lot of material and has fun in the process.

The teens work together on service projects, fundraisers, retreats and social events, and also produce the annual teen service.

Teens to give away BE LOVE bracelets this Sunday!

If you saw the video that Rev. Dr. Edward showed a few weeks ago that featured a teen talking about shaking President Obama's hand, you may have also noticed that he referred to the white BE LOVE wristband that he sent to the President. Everyone at the Gathering in Denver was also given  BE LOVE bands too. 

Through the generosity of Karen Fry, the creator and founder of the BE LOVE movement, our Santa Rosa teens will have a table and will be giving the bands out to congregants for a Love Offering to support our teens going to summer camp.  We only have a limited amount so be sure to get one, and thanks so much for your support! We will have more bracelets tihs Sunday, March 7th... get there early as we will onlt have a limited amount!!

Teens return from Winter Camp with another Santa Rosa Co-Director!


We just returned from Camp Loma Mar near Half Moon Bay and we are proud that yet another teen from our group has been chosen to be one of the co-directors at next winter's camp.  Congratulations to Sara Gardner-Heart!
