| Dr. David Bruner’s Music Director is coming to town for a Global Drumming Circle. Check out the flyer here:
http://www.cslsr.org/calendar/view/57909
He brings his own drums and the event is accessible to people who are beginner drummers and can be fun for children 16 and older.
We encourage early registration online because David DiLullo’s Global Drumming Circles almost always sell out in advance. Registration is available now through Stepping Stones Bookstore at:

Much love,
Edward Viljoen

Wisdom Walk - Nine Practices for Creating Peace and Balance from the World's Spiritual Traditions Dr. Sage Bennett Friday, August 27, 7 to 9 pm. Admission Free.
This excellent paperback offers wisdom from nine world religions in the form of spiritual practices. Rev. Bennett also covers the basics of each wisdom tradition and includes stories from the lives of people following different religions as they search for meaning and struggle with ethical challenges in daily life. She helps us to pull down the barriers which keep us from exploring other orientations.
Sage Bennet has a master’s degree and doctorate in Philosophy from New School University in New York City, as well as a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from Long Island University.
Rev. Sage is also an ordained minister at Agape International Spiritual Center.

| Our annual Unexpected Abundance Club begins July 18 and runs through August 29. Membership is free and all are welcome to attend. Participants affirm six times every day the abundance affirmation provided for that week so they open to recognizing the many ways that Good appears in our lives. If someone treats you to lunch, pays for your toll or parking, gives you flowers, or cancels an overdue debt, this is God in action. Club members agree to tithe 10% of whatever good they have received during the week. The weekly affirmations align our thoughts and actiosn with God's thoughts and actions, not to change God, but to change us. |
