A native Californian, Tish grew up in Pacific Grove where she began attending Religious Science Church as a teenager under Dr. Carleton Whitehead. She married and had an exciting life traveling around the United States, Mexico, and South America as her husband was musical director for Holiday on Ice. She and her husband had three lovely daughters together—the first being born in Buenos Aires, Argentina while touring there. Tish claims she stamped her daughters’ bottoms “Made in Argentina,” “Made in Carmel,” and “Made in Palm Desert.”

After returning from life on the road, Tish and her husband settled in Palm Desert where they were founding members of the Palm Desert Church of Religious Science under Dr. Tom Costa. Tish was an active member and served on the Board of Trustees for that church, which grew from its start into one of the largest churches in the International Centers for Spiritual Living movement.

Tish moved to Santa Rosa in April, 2007 and was introduced to the Center by her daughter. Tish joined the Center in May of that year and has been taking classes continuously since then. She is currently enrolled in Practitioner Studies and is very excited to be able to serve our community as a trustee. Tish considers the Center her spiritual home.
