Sunday Morning Services

Our morning services are at 8:30, 10:00 and 11:30. All three services are identical to one another—same topic, speaker, and music, and follow our planned themes and topics for the year. For this month's Sunday morning schedule, see the box on the right. The services last for about an hour, with refreshments and enrichment materials available in the Social Hall before and after each service. One-on-one prayer is available after each service in Grinton Chapel. There is a silent meditation from 9:35 to 9:50 in Room 6 (upstairs).

For those coming to the Center with young people, we have a staffed nursery for children up to age 3. We provide a youth program for children between the ages of 4 and 12 during the 10:00 and 11:30 am services in Rooms 1 and 2. Our teen group meets from 11:15 to 12:45 in Room 11 (North Wing - access through last set of doors facing parking lot). For babes in arms and toddlers, we have a Family Room at the back of the Sanctuary, complete with rocking chairs (enter from Social Hall near elevator).

Monthly World Peace Meditation

Since 1986 a group of committed people have been meeting at the Center to pray and meditate together, on the last calendar day of every month (except in October when we meet on the 30th) at 7 pm. Our common intention is to focus our awareness on peace—the inner peace that is the revelation of world peace. Our vision is nothing less than the healing of humanity and the evolution of consciousness. Everyone is welcome to join us in this simple practice which usually lasts for about 45 minutes. For more information, please contact Jim or Vivian Strand, 833-6674.

Feel free to wear your jammies and bring a blanket.
