  • I'm new to the site and group. I'm moving back to Santa Rosa after being away from Nor Cal for almost 20 years. Although I have old friends and facebook friends in the North Bay, I want to focus on spiritual connections. I am for the first time in 20 years on my own and needing to support myself, so abundance is definitely on my mind. I've belonged to a Sci of Mind Study Group in Gleneden Beach.OR

  • God can do no more FOR you than God can do THROUGH you. Before you attempt to raise money, the first step should be to raise consciousness, to know that 'the place on which you are standing is holy ground...

  • ...It is important to recall that it is not really for lack of abundance that you are experiencing want, but for lack of the awareness of the ever-present reality of divine substance and the faith to shape it into manifest form.

This is a group for people seeking support to help them expand their experience of good.

Whether you are living paycheck to paycheck or want to experience even more good than you already are, the principles of abundance and their universal nature apply to your life, whether you know it or not! Let's explore this together...
Thursday, 21 July 2011 by Lisa Hamilton

In this workshop, ministerial intern Lisa Hamilton guides an inquiry into questions like:

* What do you believe about abundance?

* What do you really want to experience?

* How do you go about turning that “want” into reality?

* How much abundance do you think you deserve?

* How much good are you allowing yourself to have?

* Why aren’t you experiencing more?

This is a workshop for people seeking to expand their experience of good. Whether you are living paycheck to paycheck, or have a desire to experience even more good than you already are, Lisa explores the principles of abundance, their universal nature, and how they apply to your life, whether you know it or not.

If it’s time for you to step into a greater experience of abundance, this workshop will provide you with the tools to do so.

To sign up for the workshop, visit the education table in the social hall on Sunday morning at CSLSR.

Hey Lisa - I just saw this! :-) THANK YOU!!!! And I AM filled to overflowing with gratitude today - sometimes I sing this song as an affirmation - sometimes it bursts forth from me needing to be expressed because the gratefulness of my heart has to burst forth. Today is one of the latter - and this makes me grateful too. :-) I also recommend checking out this TED video - hang in for the awesome video - VERY inspiring of gratitude....makes me cry every time. http://www.youtube.com/watch_popup?v=gXDMoiEkyuQ&vq=medium Love and blessings all round, Melissa

Hmmm... I don't know that I have a "favorite" gratitude practice per say. I audibly and mentally say "Thank You for supplying me every need." whenever I catch myself falling into the "I ain't got's". The other very conscious practice I have is to "find the pony" or "positive" in every situation. I have learned that I am completely at choice in my perception of any situation and I WILL see whatever I look for; no matter what everyone else sees in the same situation. I think the greatest benefit I've received from practicing gratitude in my life is more gratitude... It really does seem to be a self fulfilling practice for which I'm grateful.

I'm easing out of a much needed healing period and my breath is definitely flowing much more freely than before. I continue to recognize and release blocks of fear and frustration, all societal illusions I periodically buy into. Visioning on a regular basis has made a tremendous difference in clearing away the illusions, allowing myself to really know God's highest vision for my life, and more specially focusing my prayer work. Good stuff!!

I have been practicing tithing for many years. I divided my tithe between three entities that nurtured me spiritually. However, because I had a salaried position the income was the same so the amounts were all the same. It really did become a mindless giving rather than a mindful giving or spiritual practice. I recently released my management position and am now self-employed and nurturing the growth of Love In Service. I appreciate you discussion points and found myself re-awakening to the practice of tithing as a conscious spiritual practice rather than simply mindlessly delving out specific amounts of $ to predesignated places. Even as I typed that I realize that sometimes the set amount is helpful for entities in establishing their budgets. I can embrace value in establishing a set amount for such entities as a "pay it forward" and adjusting from there. I love it that we have this forum. Simply opening to the discussion grows me!!! I accept my adundant inheritance as a child of the Divine!! Namaste' Rafe

Your are currently browsing this site with Internet Explorer 6 (IE6).

Your current web browser must be updated to version 7 of Internet Explorer (IE7) to take advantage of all of template's capabilities.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.

Get free downloads for Internet Explorer 7, including recommended updates as they become available. To download Internet Explorer 7 in the language of your choice, please visit the Internet Explorer 7 worldwide page.
