Integral Yoga with William Abel

Certified Integral Yoga Teacher William Abel begins another ten‐week beginner level Hatha yoga class on Monday mornings at 8 a.m. beginning Jan. 4, 2010. Registration begins in the Social Hall on Dec. 20.

Class is 1½ hours and consists of asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing), yoga nidra (deep relaxation), and chanting.

$100 in advance or drop-in at $12 per class.

Class size is limited. 

Dress in clothing you can move in, bring a yoga mat (props are provided). Please eat lightly before class, and bring water.
