Contemporary Applications of the Science of Mind
Two Saturdays, Sept. 4 and Sept. 11, 9 am to 4:45 pm.
Facilitated by Dr. Edward Viljoen, this class will explore the major similarities and differences of the approaches to contemporary issues from the views of the group mind (media, education, folklore, religion, etc.) and the spiritual principles of the Science of Mind. The class is part of the required study for Holmes Institute ministerial students, but it is also being made available to the public.

Integral Hatha Yoga with William Abel
Integral Hatha Yoga, led by William Abel, meets at 8 am on Monday mornings in Grinton Chapel. This hour and a half meditative class consists of beginner level asanas, pranayama, chanting, and meditation followed by refreshments. All levels are welcome.
