This is an ongoing yoga class in a safe, fun, and supportive environment. We practice a sequence of nurturing poses, adding adaptation and variations to help students create deeper levels of strength and wellness. The overall focus is the healing of the whole body. Appropriate for all levels. Can be joined anytime.
Deep Slow Yoga and Breathing Practices with Natalie Seagraves

Gentle Yoga with William Abel

This gentle approach to yoga is practiced in a state of meditation and relaxation. The class consists of chair, floor, and standing exercises and postures to help bring health to the body, calmness to the mind, and an inner awareness of the peace of the soul.
