The universe is governed by God’s perfect spiritual law of reciprocal action. What goes out from me, returns back to me. Knowing this, I practice temperance and self-discipline. My thoughts are centered only on those ideas I wish to see manifest in my life. My feelings are in alignment with the love and compassion of Spirit.

All of life’s pleasures are available to me. They come directly from God. I know how to receive them in wisdom and moderation. Addictive behavior is not part of my true nature and therefore, not permanent in my experience.  Moderation is my new identity, faithfully accepting all that is good without fear of lack.

I am worthy of love, joy, ease and prosperity because I am God’s outlet for Self-expression. I do not have to earn or suffer for the good coming my way. It is a gift, given freely from my Creator. I accept it with gratitude. And so it is.
